Terms & Condition

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before arriving at Mukti Yoga Retreat. When making your reservation it is implied that you have read, understood and accepted all these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
 

1. The participant shall not use Mukti Yoga Retreat property for any offensive, illegal purposes. In case of breach in this term will result in custoday & penalty according to the laws set by Nepal Government. The participants will be asked to vacate the property immediately, termination of their stay, no refund is provided.  

2. We request the participant to keep the use of mobile phones and other WiFi devices to minimum.

3. The participants must ensure that they are medically and physically fit and able to participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or any serious illness are advised to seek doctor’s advice before their visit. 

4. Accommodation is provided on twin sharing basis in rooms with two single beds.  

5. We recommend that guests have personal travel insurance.

Booking, Payments and Cancellation

1. We ask for 30% advance payment for reservation of programs longer than 5 days. 
2. Mukti Yoga Retreat is not liable for any bank/transfer charges or fees incurred at any stage of the transfer process.
3. Payment for the program shall be paid in full by the participant upon arrival to Mukti Yoga Retreat, during check in. Payment at the retreat center is accepted in cash only at present.
4. Last minute reservations are accepted depending on room availability. In case of a last minute reservation, the full payment for the retreat program must be made on arrival at the retreat.  
5. Cancellation has to be made in writing and we request a minimum 48hrs notice. If cancellation occurs with less than 48hrs notice, 30% cancellation charge applies.
