To heal the body this program offers a gentle mixture of Hatha yoga and Ayurvedic deep tissue massage, aiming at ultimate relaxation and release of the physical tension. As part of yoga we will start with the basics, learning how to breathe properly to oxygenate the body and energize the mind while synchronizing movement and breathe for a meditative experience. It is vital to learn the mind body balance that hatha yoga offers, for a healthy happy existence.
Yoga, meditation and massage are the main key components. Ayurvedic massage combines the principles of ayurveda- the science of life and the pressure points. It is designed to create balance among the body, mind and spirit and helps the body to heal itself. An ayurvedic massage serves not only to relive pain but especially as preventive medicine to increase circulation, stimulating and strengthening the lymphatic system, and opening the flow of life force in order to cleanse revilatise the body.
