This program is ideal for those with busy schedules who still want to benefit from yoga. Both morning and evening sessions are designed to give you a refreshing, balanced yoga experience along with a nourishing meal.
For the morning session:
- Yoga Practice: An energizing 90-minute yoga class from 8:30 am to 10:00 am focused on stretching, strengthening, and awakening the body for the day(BREAKFAST)
- Arrival: Please arrive by 8:00 am to relax with a herbal drink before class
For the evening session:
- Yoga Practice: A grounding 90-minute evening yoga class from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm to release tension, find calm, and prepare for restful sleep(DINNER)
- Arrival: Please arrive by 5:00 pm to settle in with a herbal drink
