Master Himanshu Masant is a highly respected traditional yoga teacher with deep roots in the Himalayan yogic lineage. Originally from Almora, Uttarakhand (India), he was born into a Brahmin family and began his spiritual journey at a young age, inspired by ancient yogic traditions and teachings.
With more than a decade of dedicated practice and teaching experience, he has trained and guided students from around the world. He holds a Master’s degree in Yoga and has completed extensive teacher training programs, including advanced certifications recognized by international yoga organizations such as Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500).
His expertise covers a wide range of yogic disciplines including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Ayurveda. He also integrates traditional practices such as mantra, kriya, mudra, and kundalini techniques into his teachings, offering a holistic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
With a unique background in healthcare, he brings a deeper understanding of the body and its healing processes, allowing him to guide students safely and effectively.
