This yoga trek will bring you and nature together to connect deep within yourself in the Majestic Himalayan ranges of Nepal. These Australian camp yoga treks integrate one deep into the nature with experienced Nepali yoga teachers and take you through the journey with a stop at local tea houses where you can enjoy the traditional Nepali dishes.
While going through local villages, you will be inspired to connect your emotions with the energy of these great Himalayas and deepen your existing yoga practice every day. You will be able to witness the beauty of Annapurna Himalayan regions for spectacular and lifelong memorable views of the Himalayas, Lake, Rivers, Forest and Paddy fields. By joining this trek you will also help support the local Nepali community.

Daily Routine at trek

Morning
  • Early wake up
  • Morning meditation (Mantra Recitation )
  • Pre- Asanas practice ( stretching and loosening exercise helps to prepare joints for the further trek ahead, relief from muscle pain and prevents muscular tensions.
  • Asanas (posture), Surya Namaskar, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Shavasana (relaxation)
    Breakfast
  • Trekking starts after breakfast
Afternoon
  • Healthy lunch and short rest
  • Afternoon trek (we do some stretches on the way)
  • Short break for snacks
  • Depending upon the weather we stop for afternoon guided relaxation
Evening
  • Gentle Yoga Stretch
  • Yoga Nidra (Complete Guided meditation and relaxation to recharge and rejuvenate your body and mind)
  • Dinner
  • Discussion about next day trek
  • Bedtime
