Nowadays people from all ages are practicing yoga. For seniors it is really a challenging task to participate in these sessions. Even though they participate, seeing other people doing all the different poses and finding themselves limited they get frustrated. At Mukti yoga we have designed a special course for seniors in which they can practice the yoga asanas according to their level, flexibility, strength and balance.

The tranquil setting at Mukti yoga retreat is perfectly suitable for seniors. The program is set in slow pace since we understand that it is difficult to follow fast pace practice for elderly people.

At our center it is easy to move around- no need to climb the stairs up or down.
