To heal the post trek body this program offers a gentle mixture of Hatha yoga and Ayurvedic deep tissue massage, aiming at ultimate relaxation and release of the physical tension. After many days of long hiking with a backpack on, people often complain of a sore neck, back pain or a headache. When hiking, it’s easy to spend hours tensing up your shoulders to take the weight of the backpack, or staring down at the ground with your neck in an uncomfortable position without even noticing. This leads to muscle tension in your shoulders and neck which can cause headache.
Post yoga trek retreat will help you keep your neck and shoulder muscles loose and prevent headaches after many days of hiking. We offer different yoga asanas which will help to loosen your whole body and helps to get rid of back pain. With this wholesome experience you would be able to achieve rest and rejuvenated state of body and mind.
