We will start with the basics, learning how to breathe properly to oxygenate the body and energize the mind while synchronizing movement and breathe for a meditative experience.  We will also discuss yogic philosophy, the essentials that every practitioner should know that can be directly applied to life and your practice. It is vital to learn the mind body balance that hatha yoga  offers, for a healthy happy existence.

7:20 AM: Tea & mini break fast
7:45 AM: Neti Kriya(nasal cleansing)
8:15 AM: Morning Yoga
