This program is designed for those who have very limited time and want to get benefited by yoga practices . The program includes Morning meditation, neti kriya (nasal cleansing) morning yoga (1.5 hrs) and breakfast Or chanting, evening yoga, dinner and candle meditation for evening sessions.
